De verbetering van de incasso van het auteursrecht en het betalen voor daadwerkelijk gebruik is op niets uitgelopen.<br \/>\nEls Prins zet in deze uitzending uiteen hoe VOI\u00a9E, de vereniging van Organisaties die Intellectueel Eigendom Collectief Exploiteren, MKB-Nederland en VNO-NCWjarenlang aan het lijntje heeft gehouden. &#8220;Voordat we bereid zijn opnieuw aan tafel te gaan, willen we wel vooraf weten of er daadwerkelijk bereidheid aan de kant van Buma en Sena is om invulling te geven aan het nieuwe tarief- en grondslagenstructuur.&#8221; aldus Prins.<br \/>\nOndernemers verenigd in MKB-Nederland en VNO-NCW zijn niet tevreden met de manier waarop de inning van auteursrechten in dit land nu geregeld is. Na de MKB-actie \u2018De maat is vol\u2019 in 2007 kwamen in een mum van tijd meer dan 10.000 klachten over dit onderwerp binnen. Sindsdien is jaren veelvuldig met de auteursrechtenorganisaties onderhandeld, maar het door ondernemers gewenste resultaat bleef uit.
